Chocolate Fudge Chewy Brownies are the best! Previously, I blogged a quick box version with added Heath bits. You can view that recipe here. That recipe uses an inexpensive box of brownies prepared per package directions with an added bag of Heath bits to make the brownies very chewy and delicious. At the time I blogged those brownies, I promised to one day blog my homemade brownie recipe. Well, today’s the day!
This recipe is a favorite I have made for many years. They are chewy, fudgy and rich! Simply Superior! If you need a chocolate fix, here’s the recipe for you! They truly are easy to make.

To start, melt some butter and unsweetened chocolate baking squares in a microwaveable bowl.

The chocolate/butter mixture should be nice and smooth.

Add some sugar.

At this point, add some eggs and vanilla and give it a good stir.

Next, mix in some flour.

Add some mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. The marshmallows give these brownies the chewiness I love! The chocolate chips add some richness.

Pour into a 9×13 pan.

Sprinkle on some additional chocolate chips because if some chocolate is good, a lot of chocolate is better!!! Bake and enjoy!
